Useful Information
Arrival & Departure
Your apartment will be ready for you as of 2:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 9:30 am on the day of your departure.
Please let us know by phone, should you arrive after 6:00 pm.
Deposit (securing your reservation)
To confirm your reservation, please transfer a deposit of 40% of the total amount.
Payments
We accept cash payments up to the amount of € 2,999.00; payments exceeding this amount must be made by bank transfer. Please remit the bill one day prior to your departure.
Booking
The reservation only becomes effective with our written confirmation and payment of the deposit.
Pets are allowed on request.
Cost contribution for pets: € 4,00 per day (without food)
Pets are not allowed in the “Dolomitenblick suite”.

Surcharge for short overnight stays under 3 nights: from € 3,00 to € 6,00 per person and day.
Surcharge for each additional person (sofa bed or extra bed): € 15,00 per day.
Included in the price
Electricity, hot water, heating, bed linen, towels, children’s equipment, Internet (Wi-Fi), waste disposal, final cleaning.
Cancellation fees
If something unexpected happens – until 30 days before departure 20% – 29 to 15 days 30% – 14 to 7 days 45% – 6 days to 1 day 75% – no-show, late arrival or early departure 100% – the percentages refer to the base price.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend you the travel cancellation insurance by the “Europäische Reiseversicherung”:
On the 1st of January, 2014, visitor’s tax was introduced in South Tyrol (Accommodation Levy of Municipality, LG No. 9, dated 16 May, 2012). The revenue is invested in the construction and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.
Visitor’s Tax amounts to € 2.70 per person (ages 14 and up) per day.
